About our foundation

Gorilla Junction Foundation is a registered Community-Based Organization with the main objectives of promoting conservation in Bwindi and improving community life skills.

Gorilla Junction Organization, founded in 2012, started as a small coffee shop that acted as a meet-up point for the Nkuringo Walking Safari guides and travellers that wanted to experience the off-the-beaten-track experience and support our fair trade initiative.

Our projects include skilling in arts, tailoring, microfinance, the Keep-a-girl-child-in-school initiative, and coffee farming for income generation with Gorilla Junction Coffee.
